As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is beginning the Blue Lake Pipe Replacement&nbsp;<br />and the Portland Hydro Test (Gorge Outage) beginning Gas Day&nbsp;<br />August 02, 2024, through Gas Day August 18, 2024. During this&nbsp;<br />outage the pipeline will be isolated between the Washougal and&nbsp;<br />Willard corridor. The cut points will be the Washougal South&nbsp;<br />Constraint which will be limited to net 0 Dth/d southbound and&nbsp;<br />the Willard CS which will be limited to net 0 Dth/d northbound.&nbsp;<br />Volumes to Grants Pass lateral will not be impacted by this&nbsp;<br />outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Washougal South&nbsp;<br />Constraint exceeds the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of&nbsp;<br />the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />407,741 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the work is completed on Gas Day August 18, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through Willard CS exceeds the&nbsp;<br />available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP&nbsp;<br />cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to&nbsp;<br />Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's&nbsp;<br />Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency&nbsp;<br />Period based on a design capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound.&nbsp;<br />The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed&nbsp;<br />on Gas Day August 18, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br /><br />Please reference the Maintenance Schedule tab at&nbsp;<br />www.northwest.williams.com for more information.<br /><br /><br />If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
