As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />Website and referenced in All Shipper Notice #24-104, Northwest&nbsp;<br />was scheduled to begin the Blue Lake Pipe Replacement and The&nbsp;<br />Portland Hydro Test (Gorge Outage) on Gas Day July 30, 2024,&nbsp;<br />through Gas Day August 13, 2024. However, due to current State&nbsp;<br />and County Environmental Fire Restrictions, the outage schedule&nbsp;<br />has now been pushed out to begin on Gas Day August 2, 2024, and&nbsp;<br />will last through Gas Day August 18, 2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />During this outage, the pipeline will be isolated between the&nbsp;<br />Washougal and Willard corridor. The cut points will be the&nbsp;<br />Washougal South Constraint which will be limited to net 0 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound and the Willard CS which will be limited to net 0&nbsp;<br />Dth/d northbound.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Washougal South&nbsp;<br />Constraint exceeds the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of&nbsp;<br />the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />407,741 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the work is completed on Gas Day August 18, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through Willard CS exceeds the&nbsp;<br />available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP&nbsp;<br />cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to&nbsp;<br />Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's&nbsp;<br />Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency&nbsp;<br />Period based on a design capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound.&nbsp;<br />The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed&nbsp;<br />on Gas Day August 18, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />Please reference the Maintenance Schedule tab at&nbsp;<br />www.northwest.williams.com for more information.<br /><br /><br />If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
