As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing the Pocatello Unit 1&nbsp;<br />Maintenance at the Pocatello CS beginning Gas Day July 22,&nbsp;<br />2024, through Gas Day July 26, 2024, the Albany Engine Exchange&nbsp;<br />at the Albany CS beginning Gas Day July 22, 2024, through Gas&nbsp;<br />Day July 26, 2024, the Soda Springs ESD at the Soda Springs CS&nbsp;<br />beginning Gas Day July 23, 2024, through July 24, 2024, the&nbsp;<br />Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs #3 at the Meacham CS beginning Gas&nbsp;<br />Day July 24, 2024, through Gas Day September 06, 2024, and the&nbsp;<br />Boise Hydro Test #2 at the Boise CS beginning Gas Day July 25,&nbsp;<br />2024, through Gas Day August 03, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />The cut point for the Pocatello Unit 1 Maintenance will be the&nbsp;<br />Pocatello CS which will be limited to 596,000 Dth/d northbound&nbsp;<br />for the duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Pocatello CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 596,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 610,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed on Gas Day July 26, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />The cut point for the Albany Engine Exchange will be the Albany&nbsp;<br />CS which will be limited to 116,000 Dth/d northbound for the&nbsp;<br />duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Albany CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 116,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 120,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed on Gas Day July 26, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />The cut point for the Soda Springs ESD will be the Soda Springs&nbsp;<br />CS which will be limited to 570,000 Dth/d northbound for the&nbsp;<br />duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Soda Springs CS&nbsp;<br />exceed the available capacity of 570,000 Dth/d northbound (or&nbsp;<br />whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the&nbsp;<br />maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />652,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the work is completed on Gas Day July 24, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />The cut point for the Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs will be the&nbsp;<br />Meacham CS which will be limited to 441,000 Dth/d southbound&nbsp;<br />for the duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 441,000 Dth/d Southbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed on Gas Day September 06, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />The cut point for the Boise Hydro Test #2 will be the Boise CS&nbsp;<br />which will be limited to 419,000 Dth/d northbound and 367,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceed the&nbsp;<br />available capacity of 419,000 Dth/d northbound or 367,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of&nbsp;<br />the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />499,000 Dth/d northbound or 452,000 Dth/d southbound.
