As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing Solar Inspections at the
Burley CS beginning Gas Day July 15, 2024, through Gas Day
July 17, 2024, the Pocatello Unit 1 Maintenance at the
Pocatello CS beginning Gas Day July 15, 2024, through Gas Day
July 19, 2024, and pig runs through the Roosevelt to Goldendale
corridor beginning Gas Day July 16, 2024, through Gas Day July
20, 2024.
The cut point for the Burley Solar Inspections will be the
Burley CS which will be limited to 464,000 Dth/d northbound for
the duration of the outage.
The cut point for the Pocatello Unit 1 Maintenance will be the
Pocatello CS which will be limited to 638,000 Dth/d northbound
for the duration of the outage.
Northwest is not anticipating any customer impacts during the
Roosevelt to Goldendale pig runs currently. However, due to
current pipeline conditions and limited storage flexibility
there is a possibility impacts may occur at which point a
notice will be posted, and the maintenance schedule will be
updated to reflect any changes.
If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceed the
available capacity of 464,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d northbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed
on Gas Day July 17, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through the Pocatello CS exceed
the available capacity of 638,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 652,000 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day July 19, 2024.
