<p><a name="_Hlk136839209"><span style="color:#000000;">Effective Gas Day July 9, 2024, Northwest is lifting the</span> </a></p><p><span>Stage III (13%) Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties </span></p><p><span>north of the Kemmerer compressor station that was originally </span></p><p><span>issued in All Shipper&rsquo;s Notice 24-105.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Northwest requests that shippers continue to be diligent in </span></p><p><span>managing their supply and demand needs. There continues to be </span></p><p><span>limited storage flexibility on the system for Receiving Parties </span></p><p><span>and interconnecting pipelines.
