As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing a generator replacement at the&nbsp;<br />McMinnville CS beginning Gas Day July 08, 2024, through Gas Day&nbsp;<br />July 23, 2024, and an ESD Test at the Mt. Vernon CS beginning&nbsp;<br />Gas Day July 09, 2024, through Gas Day July 10, 2024.<br /><br />The cut point for the McMinnville Generator Replacement will be&nbsp;<br />the McMinnville CS which will be limited to 171,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound for the duration of the outage.<br /><br />The cut point for the Mt. Vernon ESD Test will be the Mt.&nbsp;<br />Vernon CS which will be limited to 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound&nbsp;<br />for the duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the McMinnville CS&nbsp;<br />exceed the available capacity of 171,000 Dth/d northbound (or&nbsp;<br />whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the&nbsp;<br />maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />206,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the work is completed on Gas Day July 23, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound (or&nbsp;<br />whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the&nbsp;<br />maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />1,277,000 Dth/d southbound.
