<p><a name="_Hlk155600062"><span style="color:#000000;"></span></a></p><p><a name="_Hlk155600062"><span style="color:#000000;">Northwest is experiencing high line pack on the system with </span></a></p><span style="color:#000000;"></span><p><span>limited injections into storage. Jackson Prairie is currently </span></p><p><span>at maximum injection capacity, which is dropping steadily, and </span></p><p><span>Clay Basin is allocating injections for shippers.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Due to anticipated limited flexibility during the extended </span></p><p><span>holiday weekend, Northwest is declaring a Stage III (13%) </span></p><p><span>Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the </span></p><p><span>Kemmerer compressor station effective Gas Day Wednesday July 3, </span></p><p><span>2024. This entitlement includes all points on the Spokane, </span></p><p><span>Wenatchee, and Grants Pass laterals.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Please avoid acquiring supply above demand in order to prevent </span></p><p><span>banking on the system.
