As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing M&amp;ERP work at the Meacham CS&nbsp;<br />and at the Pleasant View CS beginning Gas Day June 24, 2024,&nbsp;<br />through Gas Day October 15, 2024.<br /><br />The cut point for the Meacham M&amp;ERP work will be the Meacham CS&nbsp;<br />which will be limited to 415,000 Dth/d northbound and 469,000&nbsp;<br />southbound for the duration of the project. (Please note, the&nbsp;<br />lowest available southbound capacity at the Meacham CS posted&nbsp;<br />on Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s website will take scheduling priority&nbsp;<br />when maintenance outages overlap.)<br /><br />The cut point for the Pleasant View M&amp;ERP work will be the&nbsp;<br />Pleasant View CS which will be limited to 259,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound and 277,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the&nbsp;<br />project.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 415,000 Dth/d northbound or 469,000<br />Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any&nbsp;<br />day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of&nbsp;<br />Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give&nbsp;<br />notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design&nbsp;<br />capacity of 445,000 Dth/d northbound or 500,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed on Gas Day October 15, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Pleasant View CS&nbsp;<br />exceed the available capacity of 259,000 Dth/d northbound or&nbsp;<br />277,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate&nbsp;<br />during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2&nbsp;<br />and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest&nbsp;<br />will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a&nbsp;<br />design capacity of 281,000 Dth/d northbound or 351,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound.
