Subject:  Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs - NEW Maintenance Update

Northwest Pipeline would like to inform its customers that&nbsp;<br />there have been additional changes to the available southbound&nbsp;<br />capacity at the Meacham CS for the Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs&nbsp;<br />from Gas Day June 05, 2024, through Gas Day August 16, 2024, as&nbsp;<br />posted on Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s website and referenced in All&nbsp;<br />Shipper Notice #24-097.&nbsp;<br /><br />Effective Gas Day June 24, 2024, through Gas Day July 23, 2024,&nbsp;<br />the southbound capacity at the Meacham CS will be limited to&nbsp;<br />309,000 Dth/d; and, effective Gas Day July 24, 2024, through&nbsp;<br />Gas Day August 16, 2024, the southbound capacity at the Meacham&nbsp;<br />CS will be limited to 441,000 Dth/d.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available southbound capacities detailed above from Gas Day&nbsp;<br />June 24, 2024, through Gas Day August 16, 2024, (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound.
