Subject:  Baker to Meacham SCDDA Digs - Maintenance Update

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest has been performing SCCDA Digs between the&nbsp;<br />Baker to Meacham corridor since Gas Day June 05, 2024. To&nbsp;<br />continue to safely excavate the line due to current pipeline&nbsp;<br />conditions, the southbound flow will have to be restricted&nbsp;<br />through the Meacham CS to 460,000 Dth/d southbound effective&nbsp;<br />Gas Day June 17, 2024 through Gas Day August 16, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 460,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound.
