Subject:  Gas Measurement System Extended Outage for Hub Upgrade

An extended outage is necessary as part of an upgrading effort&nbsp;<br />to the Enterprise Integration Hub (EIH) database servers for&nbsp;<br />the Williams&rsquo; Gas Measurement System. We have chosen non-peak&nbsp;<br />hours to perform this update to help reduce the impact:<br /><br />Friday, June 14, 2024, from 10 pm - Saturday, June 15,&nbsp;<br />2024, 6 am CST&nbsp;<br /><br />The database will be unavailable for downstream systems to&nbsp;<br />access and read during the outage. Customers will experience&nbsp;<br />delays in some hourly, daily, or gas quality measurement&nbsp;<br />reporting. At the conclusion of the upgrade, it is expected all&nbsp;<br />missing data will be caught up and available within a few&nbsp;<br />hours.&nbsp;<br /><br />We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
