As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing work at the Baker CS beginning&nbsp;<br />Gas Day June 04, 2024 through Gas Day June 06, 2024. The cut&nbsp;<br />point will be the Baker CS and the available capacity will be&nbsp;<br />limited to 357,000 Dth/d Northbound and 463,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />Southbound.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Baker CS exceeds the&nbsp;<br />available capacity of 357,000 Dth/d Northbound or 463,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />Southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of&nbsp;<br />the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />446,000 Dth/d Northbound or 491,000 Dth/d Southbound.
