As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing Solar Inspections at the&nbsp;<br />Washougal CS beginning Gas Day June 03, 2024 through Gas Day&nbsp;<br />June 05, 2024. The cut points will be the Washougal North&nbsp;<br />Constraint for southbound flows which will be limited to&nbsp;<br />511,000 Dth/d southbound and the Washougal South Constraint for&nbsp;<br />northbound flows which will be limited to 431,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Washougal North&nbsp;<br />Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 511,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of&nbsp;<br />the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />521,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the work is completed on Gas Day June 05, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Washougal South&nbsp;<br />Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 431,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of&nbsp;<br />the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />539,822 Dth/d northbound.
