As part of Northwest&rsquo;s scheduled maintenance and as indicated&nbsp;<br />in All Shippers Notice #23-172, Northwest is currently&nbsp;<br />performing work at the Snohomish Compressor Station from&nbsp;<br />September 6, 2023 through September 22, 2023.&nbsp;<br /><br />Primary nomination requests at the Snohomish Compressor Station&nbsp;<br />have exceeded the available capacity of 853,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />Southbound (or whatever Northwest can mitigate). Therefore,&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period for Gas Day Tuesday, September 12, 2023.<br />The Deficiency will be calculated based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />1,118,000 Dth/d Southbound and available capacity of 853,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d Southbound at the Snohomish Compressor Station. The&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period will continue until the work is completed on&nbsp;<br />September 22, 2023.
