Subject:  Soda to Pegram Digs - Maintenance Schedule Update/Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing anomaly digs from Soda to&nbsp;<br />Pegram from September 8, 2023 through October 13, 2023. The cut&nbsp;<br />point will be the Kemmerer Compressor Station which will be&nbsp;<br />limited to 409,000 Dth/d northbound.<br /><br />Please note the correction in design capacity, which is 655,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d and the change in available capacity, which is 409,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d. These capacities were previously listed/communicated&nbsp;<br />incorrectly as 415,000 Dth/d for design and available capacity&nbsp;<br />as referenced in All Shipper Notice #23-183.<br /><br />Once the first two digs have been completed, which should take&nbsp;<br />about one week, the available capacity will be increased to&nbsp;<br />423,000 Dth/d for the remainder of the work. Northwest will&nbsp;<br />send out another notice once available capacity can be&nbsp;<br />increased to 423,000 Dth/d.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer Compressor&nbsp;<br />Station exceeds the available capacity of 409,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of the&nbsp;<br />maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />655,000 Dth/d northbound.
