Northwest Pipeline is updating the current Underrun Entitlement Warning North of

Kemmerer (Notice ID 23-170) and is declaring a Stage II (8%) Underrun Entitlement

for all Receiving Parties North of Kemmerer effective Saturday, September 2, 2023

until further notice.

The current system operating balances do not support excess gas being left on the

system from either shippers or interconnects. With the Labor Day Holiday weekend,

limited injection capability at Jackson Prairie and scheduled maintenance between

the Vernal and Green River compressor stations that will take place and shut in the

Clay Basin storage facility on Northwest Pipelines side, from September 14^th through

September 23^rd, the Northwest Pipeline system will be operationally limited to take

any extra gas from customers.

Northwest encourages customers to diligently manage natural gas deliveries to

ensure that they are in-line with customers’ takes to avoid leaving excess gas on the

system. Northwest appreciates customer support during this upcoming period and

will provide system updates based on changing operating conditions.
