As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing work at the Snohomish&nbsp;<br />Compressor Station from September 6, 2023 through September 22,&nbsp;<br />2023. The cut point will be the Snohomish Compressor Station&nbsp;<br />which will be limited to 853,000 Dth/d southbound.<br /><br />Please note the change in start date as this work was&nbsp;<br />previously scheduled to begin on September 5, 2023 as&nbsp;<br />referenced in All Shipper Notice #23-167. The end date of the&nbsp;<br />outage did not change.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Snohomish Compressor&nbsp;<br />Station exceeds the available capacity of 853,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of the&nbsp;<br />maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />1,118,000 Dth/d southbound.
