In preparation for upcoming maintenance in the next month and as&nbsp;<br />storage balances at Clay Basin and Jackson Prairie reach maximum&nbsp;<br />capacity, Northwest is issuing an Underrun Entitlement warning&nbsp;<br />for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor&nbsp;<br />station beginning Gas Day Saturday, August 26, 2023, until&nbsp;<br />further notice.&nbsp;<br /><br />Northwest appreciates how diligent Receiving Parties have been&nbsp;<br />in reaching and maintaining a healthy imbalance on the system&nbsp;<br />this summer. With storage inventories near full, the pipeline&nbsp;<br />cannot handle additional banking while simultaneously setting up&nbsp;<br />for winter operations. As a reminder, Clay Basin will be shut in&nbsp;<br />during the Vernal Hydro Test, currently scheduled for September&nbsp;<br />14, 2023, through September 23, 2023.<br /><br />As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14.6(c) of its Tariff,&nbsp;<br />customer-specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving&nbsp;<br />Parties that:<br /><br />1)<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span>has contributed to the adverse operating conditions for at&nbsp;<br />least two consecutive days; and&nbsp;<br /><br />2)<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span>whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from&nbsp;<br />Scheduled deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of&nbsp;<br />10,000 Dth or 5 percent.<br /><br />Please remain diligent in managing supply and demand and avoid&nbsp;<br />banking the system. On system balancing on Northwest&rsquo;s Electronic&nbsp;<br />Bulletin Board is currently designated as &ldquo;No&rdquo; for all areas.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial&nbsp;<br />Services Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at 713-215-<br />6301.
