As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing work at the Snohomish CS from&nbsp;<br />August 21, 2023 through September 15, 2023. The cut point will&nbsp;<br />be the Snohomish CS which will be limited to 853,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Snohomish CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 853,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP can mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant&nbsp;<br />to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's&nbsp;<br />Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency&nbsp;<br />Period based on a design capacity of 1,118,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound.
