As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is conducting a pipe replacement on the&nbsp;<br />Spokane Lateral; outages are expected during the shortened&nbsp;<br />construction window. Starr Road receipt point will be the cut&nbsp;<br />point and capacity will be reduced from the design capacity of&nbsp;<br />165,000 Dth/d to 50,000 Dth/d southbound from Gas Day Friday&nbsp;<br />August 4, 2023, through Saturday September 9, 2023.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Starr Road receipt&nbsp;<br />point exceed the available capacity of 50,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of&nbsp;<br />the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Deficiency Period based on the aggregate Constraint Point&nbsp;<br />Firm Rights of 140,614 Dth/d southbound. Northwest will note&nbsp;<br />each day on the EBB if that Gas Day will be marked as&nbsp;<br />deficient.
