Rate Schedule TF-1 Service Agreement Amendment

THIS AMENDMENT by and between Northwest Pipeline LLC (Transporter) and Puget Sound Energy, Inc. (Shipper) is made and entered into on December 29, 2025.

WHEREAS:

  1. Transporter and Shipper are parties to that certain Rate Schedule (TF-1) Service Agreement dated December 29, 2025 and assigned Contract No. 134258 (Agreement).
  2. Transporter and Shipper desire to amend the Agreement to accommodate Shipper's request to reallocate 42,563 Dth/d of MDDOs from the Grays Harbor Meter Station and 4,597 Dth/d of MDDOs from the Jackson Prairie delivery point to the Everett Delta Meter Station (15,000 Dth/d), Issaquah Highlands (5,600 Dth/d), South Seattle (3,110 Dth/d), Lake Francis (3,100 Dth/d), North Tacoma (2,000 Dth/d), Rainier Terrace (4,990 Dth/d), South Tacoma (3,990 Dth/d), Bethel School (3,490 Dth/d), Olympia (4,990 Dth/d) and Evergreen Shores-Black Lake (890 Dth/d) delivery points.

 

THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants set forth herein, Transporter and Shipper agree as follows:

  1. As of the effective date set forth thereon, the Exhibit A attached hereto supercedes and replaces the previously effective Exhibit A to the Agreement.
  2. The additional exhibits noted on the attached Exhibit A as applicable to the Agreement, if any, also are attached hereto and, as of the effective dates set forth thereon, supercede and replace any previously effective corresponding exhibits to the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Transporter and Shipper have executed this Amendment as of the date first set forth above.
