Subject: La Plata to Pleasant View ILI Runs – Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing ILI runs from La Plata B
Compressor to Pleasant View on June 13, 2023, and June 15, 2023.
The cut point will be La Plata B Compressor and is limited to
204,000 Dth/d northbound.
If primary nomination requests through the La Plata B
Compressor exceed the available capacity of 204,000 Dth/d
northbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
283,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on June 15, 2023.
