Subject: Lava Hot Springs DOT Pipe Replacement Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing a DOT pipe replacement June 6
through June 20, 2023. The cut point will be Lava Hot Springs
CS.
If primary nomination requests through the Lava Hot Springs
Compressor exceed the available capacity of 350,000 Dth/d
northbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
650,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on June 20, 2023.
