Subject: Revised Willard to Washougal SCCDA Digs

Notice Text:

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's

website, Northwest is performing anomaly digs in the Willard to

Washougal corridor June 6 through June 30, 2023. The available

capacity for this work has changed.

Effective gas day June 6, 2023, the northbound capacity at

the Willard compressor will be 355,000 Dth/d. The southbound

capacity at the Washougal compressor will be 509,000 Dth/d,

which is a correction to Notice 23-106.

If primary nomination requests through the Willard compressor

exceed the available capacity of 355,000 Dth/d northbound or

509,000 Dth/d southbound through the Washougal compressor (or

whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of the maintenance),

pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in

Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared

Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 540,000 Dth/d

northbound at the Willard compressor or 519,000 Dth/d

southbound at the Washougal compressor. The deficiency period

will continue until the work is completed on June 30, 2023.
