Subject: Underrun Entitlement Warning Lifted

Effective immediately, Northwest Pipeline is lifting the Underrun Entitlement
warning for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor, including the
Spokane, Wenatchee and Grants Pass Laterals that was placed in effect in All
Shipper’s Notice #23-089.
With the above normal temperatures forecasted for the Pacific Northwest this
weekend and into the following week, Northwest requests that customers continue
to be diligent in managing supply and demand.
