Northwest Passage has experienced a capacity release technical
issue. In accordance with Section 22.3 of Transporters Tariff
capacity release offer 37990 has been removed and a new offer
will be reposted to allow all credit qualified interested
parties to have an opportunity to place a competitive bid for
the capacity.

as we worked to get the issue resolved.
