Subject: 2022 Winter Fuel Filing

On August 30, 2022 Northwest submitted for FERC acceptance its
semi-annual fuel filing to place into effect on October 1, 2022
a new fuel reimbursement factor for the transportation rate
schedules. By this filing, Northwest proposed an increase from
1.01% to 1.06% in the transportation services factor under Rate
Schedules TF-1, TF-2, TI-1 and DEX-1. The request was accepted
by the Commission on September 19, 2022.
