Subject: Deficiency at Mesa Compressor
Notice Text:
As part of Northwest’s scheduled maintenance and as indicated
in All Shippers Notice #22-115, Northwest is currently
replacing pipe along the Spokane lateral.
Primary nomination requests southbound through the Mesa
compressor have exceeded the available capacity of 0 Dth/d (or
whatever Northwest can mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to
sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period
for gas day Thursday, August 4, 2022. The Deficiency will be
calculated based on the design capacity of 75,338 Dth/d
southbound at the Mesa compressor. The Deficiency Period will
continue through gas day August 11 and Northwest will post on its
EBB if unable to mitigate volumes on that day.
