Subject: Revised - Cisco to Rangely maintenance update and deficiency warning

Northwest Pipeline is pleased to announce that the second pressure
restriction that was scheduled through Gas Day June 22 in the Cisco to
Rangely corridor has been completed ahead of schedule. Effective in the ID1
cycle for Gas Day June 19 through June 30, the capacity through Cisco is
90,000 Dth/d northbound and 236,000 Dth/d southbound.
If the primary scheduled quantities exceed the operationally available
capacity of 90,000 Dth/d northbound or 236,000 Dth/d southbound, or a volume
that Northwest is unable to mitigate, Northwest will declare a Deficiency
Period based on the Cisco compressor design capacity of 286,000 Dth/d
northbound or 359,000 Dth/d southbound.
Northwest will continue to communicate through notices and update the
maintenance calendar as we navigate the 92 anomaly digs that continue through
October 30, 2021.
