Subject: Cisco to Rangely pressure restriction and deficiency warning lifted

Northwest Pipeline is pleased to announce that the first pressure restriction
in the Cisco to Rangely maintenance has been completed and will be back in
service as of ID1 cycle for gas day May 21. The deficiency warning as
communicated in all-shipper notice 21-079, 21-080 and 21-083 is also lifted.
Nominations through the Cisco compressor can be returned to the full design
capacity of 286,000 Dth/d northbound and 359,000 Dth/d southbound. Northwest will continue to communicate through notices and update the
maintenance calendar as we navigate the 92 anomaly digs that continue through
