Subject: Underrun Entitlement Warning North of Kemmerer

Due to excessive banking on
the system, limited storage flexibility at Clay Basin and in preparation for
the scheduled pig runs through the gorge, Northwest is unable to
sustain further banking. Therefore, Northwest is issuing an Underrun
Entitlement warning for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor
station beginning gas day Tuesday, April 06, 2021 until further notice. If you have any questions,
