Subject: Stage III Underrun Entitlement north of Kemmerer

Due to the current operational status, Northwest is declaring a Stage III
(13%) Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer
compressor station beginning gas day Thursday, September 10, 2020 and until
further notice. Northwest would also like to remind customers that due to excessive banking
over the Labor Day weekend, the daily injection capacity at Jackson Prairie
is limited. The injection capacity is updated daily on Northwest’s
Electronic Bulletin Board.
