SUBJECT: Underrun Entitlement Warning With the on-going anomaly investigations through the Gorge and as a result of excessive banking over the weekend with limited storage flexibility, Northwest is requesting customers align its markets and supplies to avoid banking on the system. If excessive banking continues north of Kemmerer, Northwest will declare an Underrun Entitlement pursuant to Section 14.6 of Northwest’s Pipeline Gas Tariff.
