Subject: Williams Operational Update - COVID-19

Williams leaders continue to closely monitor the latest developments on the
COVID-19 virus and have taken actions related to the recently declared pandemic
issued by the World Health Organization. Williams is monitoring and responding
to CDC guidance, including travel restrictions and promoting key health
practices for employees. Williams has implemented business continuity plans to prevent the COVID-19
virus from impacting our daily operations. Pipeline Control teams are prepared
to manage operations through alternative means as necessary. Commercial,
operations and technical teams are leveraging Williams procedures and
technology in place to ensure continuous, efficient, and reliable services,
whether employees are working from office or remote locations. Williams will continue to monitor CDC guidance and review recommendations from
public health authorities. The current business continuity response will evolve
in line with those recommendations.
