Northwest offers its customers an opportunity to review its major tariff filings prior to filing them with 
FERC. Northwest asks that you provide any comments or concerns on or before January 31, 2020, so 
Northwest can respond prior to the filing being submitted to FERC. Please direct comments and 
concerns to Dave Madsen (801-584-6864) or Lance Wallin (801-584-6482).
The purpose of this filing is to: (1) provide for the opportunity to calculate and charge a revised 
estimated Liquefaction Charge for Rate Schedules LS-3F and/or LD-4I during the year; (2) make an SGS-2I 
form of service correction; (3) submit non-conforming service agreement changes.
