Subject: Rangely Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website, Northwest will
be performing valve replacement work at the Rangely compressor station
October 7 through October 12, 2019.
During the maintenance outage, the design capacity at the Rangely compressor
will be limited to 263,000 Dth/d. If Northwest is unable to mitigate the
entire outage and is forced to cut primary gas, Northwest will declare a
deficiency period pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff.
