Subject: Jackson Prairie Scheduled and Additional Maintenance

On behalf of Puget Sound Energy, the operator of the Jackson Prairie
Storage Facility, and the Facility Partnership, Northwest Pipeline
respectively informs its shippers that the facility will be unavailable
for injections or withdrawals between October 1 through October 21,
2019 to perform required annual testing and extended maintenance to
ensure availability of the facility for the winter season.
The Jackson Prairie facility maintenance corresponds with the annual
testing of Dominions Clay Basin facility between October 8 through
October 16, 2019. During the impacted period, Northwest's balancing
flexibility will be limited. Shippers are encouraged to stay on rate
during this period to avoid potential entitlements.
Northwest reminds its shippers that Park and Loan availability is
posted daily and the maintenance schedule will be updated with any
changes on Northwest's web site at www.northwest.williams.com.
