Subject: Underrun Entitlement effective July 4-July 8

Due to the current operational status, Northwest is declaring a Stage III
(13%) Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer
compressor station beginning gas day Thursday, July 04, 2019 through July
8, 2019.
As a reminder, effective July 1, 2019 Northwest's tariff provisions in
15.5(c) changed whereby Northwest can declare underrun entitlements in the
similar stages as overrun, Stage I (5%), Stage II (8%) and Stage III (13%).
Northwest would also like to remind customers that the daily injection
capacity at Jackson Prairie is limited. The injection capacity is updated
daily on Northwest's Electronic Bulletin Board.
