The operator of the Jackson Prairie Storage Facility has informed Northwest
that the maintenance has been completed and the facility has been returned
to service. (See All-Shipper notice 19-104)
As a follow-up to All-Shipper notice 19-083, the underrun entitlement
warning is lifted effective immediately.
