Subject: Meacham Notice of Recall and OFO and Caldwell Deficiency Warning
Notice Text:
Effective Gas Day June 8, 2019, and until further notice,
Northwest is issuing an OFO Recall Advisory and Operational Flow Order
(OFO) southbound through the Meacham compressor station pursuant to
Section 14.15(d) of its Tariff.
Under the OFO Recall Advisory, Shippers are required to: (1) recall
capacity that is subject to an OFO recall provision; or (2) take other
action that is acceptable to Northwest, to satisfy its OFO obligation.
If Northwest is unable to mitigate any primary southbound scheduled
quantities exceeding 500,000 Dth/d at Meacham, Northwest will provide
Shippers with their specific OFO obligations by 4:00 p.m. MST. Shippers
must comply with their OFO obligations no later than the Evening
nomination deadline (5:00 p.m. MST).
Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of
Northwest's OFO procedures on Northwest's website at
www.northwest.williams.com.
Additionally, Northwest is performing anomaly investigations near
the Caldwell compressor station. Again, if Northwest is unable to
mitigate any impacts from this work, Northwest may declare a deficiency
down to the operational capacity of 410,000 Dth/d for net southbound
nominations. Based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d, the Daily
Deficiency Volume may be up to 65,000 Dth/d.
Northwest would like to encourage customers to align supplies with
markets for all points across its system.
