Notice Text:

Northwest would like to encourage customers to voluntarily reduce its
northbound nominations through the Rangely compressor station. With a
design capacity of 350,655 Dth/d, current operational available
capacity at Rangely is 370,000 Dth/d. Timely 1 nominations for gas day

If northbound primary firm scheduled quantities continue to exceed the
operational available capacity, Northwest will declare an OFO.

Northwest would also like to clarify storage operations at Jackson
Prairie during the December 21-23, 2018 maintenance period. Northwest
1. allow nominations of up to 50,000 Dth/d to be scheduled both as an
 injection and a withdrawal;
2. NOT allow interruptible nominations into or out of Jackson Prairie;
3. accept up to 10,000 Dth/d of Park and Loan at a rate of $0.10.

Shippers can monitor throughput and storage quantities and obtain a
