As previously communicated in All Shipper Notice No. 18-127, Northwest will be holding a conference
call on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. MST to discuss some proposed tariff
changes to its OFO provisions in the event Northwest's shippers are unable to comply with their OFO
obligations due to lack of supplies as a result of a major supply disruption similar to the Enbridge
incident that occurred on October 9, 2018.
In preparation for the meeting, Northwest has posted its proposed redline tariff changes and transmittal
letter on Northwest's website under Regulatory/Proposed Tariff Filings at the following link:
