Subject: Meacham notice of recall and OFO

Effective Gas Day Thursday, February 8, 2018 and until further notice,
Northwest is issuing an OFO Recall Advisory and Operational Flow Order
(OFO) southbound through the Meacham compressor station pursuant to
Section 14.15(d) of its Tariff.
Under the OFO Recall Advisory, Shippers are required to: (1) recall
capacity that is subject to an OFO recall provision; or (2) take other
action that is acceptable to Northwest, to satisfy its OFO obligation.
If the primary southbound scheduled quantities exceed 500,000 Dth/d at
Meacham, Northwest will provide Shippers with their specific OFO
obligations by 4:00 p.m. MST. Shippers must comply with their OFO
obligations no later than the Evening nomination deadline (5:00 p.m.
MST).
Northwest is requesting Shippers to stay on rate in the mid-section of
the system to avoid the issuance of an entitlement.
Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of
Northwest's OFO procedures on Northwest's website at
www.northwest.williams.com.
