Subject:  No IT at Jackson Prairie, notice to vacate and annual JP test

Effective gas day September 12, 2017 and until further notice, 
Northwest Pipeline will not accept injection requests for interruptible 
storage at its Jackson Prairie Storage Facility. In addition, all 
interruptible storage holders at Jackson Prairie with inventory in the 
storage facility must bring their balances to zero by the end of gas 
day September 19, 2017.

Northwest would also like to inform its customers that Jackson Prairie 
will be shut in on October 2 through October 6, 2017, to perform annual 
testing of the facility. The shut in will limit Northwest's balancing 
flexibility. Customers are encouraged to stay on rate during the outage 
to avoid potential entitlements. Northwest will not be accepting 
injection or withdrawal nominations during the outage.

Northwest would also like to remind its shippers to check the Park and 
Loan availability posted each morning on Northwest's web site at 
www.northwest.williams.com.
