Subject: Jackson Prairie facility update/Same Day Entitlement warning
The Jackson Prairie storage facility is currently at 28% of capacity and
dropping rapidly due to customer drafting. Since the withdrawal capacity
is currently less than 300 MMDth/d, Northwest will only schedule parties
primary firm withdrawal rights until the withdrawal capacity goes above 500
MMDth/d.
In addition, Northwest is requesting customers to immediately purchase
adequate intraday supplies to meet its demands for the remainder of gas day
March 8. If Northwest experiences another large draft, Northwest may be
forced to declare a same day entitlement for Thursday's gas day March 9 as
outlined in Section 14.6 of Northwest's Gas Tariff.
