Subject: Notice of Entitlement Revision
Notice Text:
Due to overwhelming customer support with continued banking, Northwest is
revising its Entitlement to a Stage III (13%) for all Receiving Parties North
of the Kemmerer compressor station effective immediately and until further
notice.
The stage III Entitlement replaces the Stage I (3%) for the Spokane and
Wenatchee laterals and the Stage II (8%) for everything else north of the
Kemmerer compressor station.
Colder than normal weather is expected to hit the eastern portion of the
pipeline later this week. Northwest will evaluate the weather and change the
Entitlement if it deems necessary.
