As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing work at the Pegram CS&nbsp;<br />beginning Gas Day April 29, 2024 through Gas Day May 02, 2024&nbsp;<br />and at the Lava CS beginning on Gas Day May 02, 2024 through&nbsp;<br />Gas Day May 06, 2024. The cut point will be the Kemmerer CS&nbsp;<br />which will be limited to 585,000 Dth/d northbound.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 585,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 655,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />northbound.
