As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's

website, Northwest is performing work at the Snohomish CS from

August 21, 2023 through September 15, 2023. The cut point will

be the Snohomish CS which will be limited to 853,000 Dth/d

southbound.

The outage dates have changed. The construction crews are

currently on site and getting the facility ready for the

outage. Northwest will schedule all noms up to the design

capacity of 1,118,000 Dth/d through gas day August 27, 2023.

Beginning August 28, 2023 the capacity will be limited to

853,000 Dth/d. If primary nomination requests through the

Snohomish CS exceed the available capacity of 853,000 Dth/d

southbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of the

maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate

Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice

of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of

1,118,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue

until the work is completed on September 15, 2023.
