<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Due to forecasted cooler weather and to preserve Northwest&rsquo;s </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">storage inventories during the winter season, Northwest is </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">issuing an Overrun Entitlement warning for all Receiving Parties </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">north of the Kemmerer compressor station beginning Gas Day </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Wednesday, February 15, 2023, until further notice. </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14(c) of its Tariff, </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">customer-specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Parties that:</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"><br />1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; has contributed to the adverse operating conditions for at </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">least two&nbsp;consecutive days; and </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"><br />2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">scheduled&nbsp;deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">10,000 Dth or 5&nbsp;percent.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Please remain diligent in managing supply and demand and avoid </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">drafting the system.
