Due to forecasted cooler weather and to preserve Northwest&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />storage inventories during the winter season, Northwest is&nbsp;<br />issuing an Overrun Entitlement warning for all Receiving Parties&nbsp;<br />north of the Kemmerer compressor station beginning Gas Day&nbsp;<br />Sunday, January 29, 2023, until further notice.&nbsp;<br /><br />As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14(c) of its Tariff,&nbsp;<br />customer-specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving&nbsp;<br />Parties that:<br /><br />1)<span style="white-space:pre;">	</span>has contributed to the adverse operating conditions for at&nbsp;<br />least two consecutive days; and&nbsp;<br /><br />2)<span style="white-space:pre;">	</span>whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from&nbsp;<br />scheduled deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of&nbsp;<br />10,000 Dth or 5 percent.<br /><br />Please remain diligent in managing supply and demand and avoid&nbsp;<br />drafting the system. Off system balancing on Northwest&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />Electronic Bulletin Board is currently designated as &ldquo;No&rdquo; for all&nbsp;<br />areas.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial&nbsp;<br />Services Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at 713-215-<br />6301.<br />
